Earn Your Blue Belt Through a Unique Law Enforcement Sponsorship Program

Promotional Coaching and Training is offering a sponsorship opportunity to a New Jersey law enforcement officer, including a Class 1 officer, Class 2 officer, or regular full-time officer, to earn their blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Bill Scott BJJ Shore Academy in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.

This opportunity is designed for motivated officers who want to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and commit to meaningful growth through disciplined training. To be considered, applicants must be ready to meet the sponsorship expectations listed below and fully commit to the process.

Attendance Requirement

Sponsorship recipients must train a minimum of 8 times per month. If this requirement is not met, one warning will be issued. If it happens again, the sponsorship will be revoked. There are no exceptions to the minimum attendance requirement.

Social Media Participation

Recipients must make two social media posts each month on Instagram and Facebook, approximately 14 days apart, tagging our company. Each post should include what was learned during training along with photographs showing participation in action.

Monthly Reimbursement

You will be responsible for paying for your training each month, and Promotional Coaching and Training will reimburse you monthly as long as you maintain the required attendance and social media presence.

Blue Belt Timeline

You must earn your blue belt within 14 months of acceptance into the program. If you do not earn your blue belt within that 14 month period, you may continue training on your own, but reimbursement will end.

Completion Recognition

Once you earn your blue belt, we will work together on a social media post celebrating your achievement, along with a promotional video documenting your journey for public posting.

Account Follow Requirement

Applicants must follow our official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and X as part of participation in the sponsorship program.
